Together with you, we work out what kind of world we are creating, then we build the sound fx, atmos and ambiences that describe and populate that world.

Our blend of real audio recordings with advanced synthesis is one of the key ingredients to our sound design process.

MUSIC COMPOSITION

We understand that music determines how the player feels when they’re sitting playing your game; our years of experience have taught us which tempo, genre, instrumentation, and production is needed to elicit any given emotion.

With you, we will discuss and determine the emotional arc of the game, then create the music that has the player feeling exactly what you want them to feel, when you want them to feel it.

And we’re not precious; if the job calls for more hands on deck we collaborate closely with a range of additional composers and arrangers here in Melbourne and around Australia.

MIDDLEWARE INTEGRATION

The multitude of audio tasks is often too demanding for a game engine, that’s where integration middleware comes into play.

We are experienced in the use of middleware and can work with you through the development process from start to finish, anticipating implementation solutions and identifying problems before the music composition and sound design begins.

Through the use of middleware solutions such as FMOD and Wwise we ensure a steady flow throughout the game’s audio development cycle to guarantee that you achieve the best solution.
